Rising Strong: With Your Help Mat-Su Will Host the 2024 Arctic Winter Games March 10-16, 2024
More than just a sporting competition, the Arctic Winter Games inspires athletes, artists, and communities to come together to celebrate the North. Participants from 7 contingents from the circumpolar communities of Greenland, Nunavik, Nunavut, Alberta North, Yukon, NWT and Alaska gather for this international event to compete in 20 sports while participating in cultural exchange events.
It is our hope and ambition to showcase the beauty of the Mat-Su while creating relationships between our northern neighbors that will have lasting, positive impact. When you give, you are giving to the future of our North and to the dream that for one week we can come together to inspire eachother.
